Who we’re looking for
Operations Assistant
Location: Maidenhead | Office Based
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Maidenhead.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting everything from customer enquiries and quotations to purchasing, stock coordination and job cost tracking.
Working closely with our Operations Manager, Head of Textiles and Warehouse Manager, you’ll help make sure jobs run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customer enquiries, orders and quotations
- Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
- Tracking job costs, materials and project profitability
- Monitoring stock and rental equipment availability
- Coordinating sub-hired equipment and plant
- Maintaining accurate job records and spreadsheets
- Flagging shortages, overdue equipment, lost items and damages
- Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day administration
As you develop your knowledge of our products and services, you’ll take on more responsibility for handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations independently.

Experience within film, television, events or equipment rental would be an advantage, as would previous experience with purchase orders, stock systems, project costing or equipment hire systems.

Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire
Job Type: Freelance / Flexible
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join our team in Maidenhead.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy warehouse, preparing equipment for hire and delivering and collecting equipment from film sets, studios and production locations across the UK.
No previous film industry experience is required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and checking equipment for upcoming jobs
- Cleaning and maintaining green screens, blue screens and rigging equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Delivering and collecting equipment from film sets and studios
- Keeping the warehouse organised and equipment ready for hire
- Supporting the wider warehouse and operations team
- Helping with general day-to-day warehouse duties
What We’re Looking For
✓ Full UK driving licence
✓ Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
✓ Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
✓ Good attention to detail
✓ Organised and able to follow instructions
✓ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✓ Able to work well as part of a small, hardworking team
Previous experience within film and television, equipment rental, warehousing or logistics would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
A forklift licence would also be beneficial but is not required.
